The challenge

We partnered with Mercedes-Benz for almost two decades producing its long-standing premium print magazine for customers and brand enthusiasts. But as audience behaviours shifted, there was an opportunity to evolve beyond a single format. The challenge was to retain the quality and authority of the publication while expanding its role into a more dynamic, multi-channel brand experience.

Our approach

We used content audits and competitor and category analysis to get under the hood of the Mercedes-Benz brand and develop a content strategy that set a vision for a multichannel ecosystem with a digital content hub at its core. From there, we brought the strategy to life, expanding the role of storytelling across formats while maintaining the editorial standards the brand is known for through hero brand series like EVeryday and In the Driver’s Seat.
