As a growing brand in a premium category, zazen Water needed to elevate how it showed up. Its existing identity didn’t fully reflect the quality of the product or meet the expectations of the market. Our approach
We partnered closely with zazen Water to reposition the brand for a premium market, starting with strategy. Working with our consulting team, we conducted market research to define a clearer brand proposition and developed a more distinctive visual identity, designed to better reflect the quality of the product and stand out in category. From there, we rolled the brand out across website, packaging and sales collateral to create a cohesive foundation, before extending into an always-on content and social programme. This ensured every touchpoint worked together to reinforce a more premium, consistent brand experience.
